Hearts On Fire Names 2012 Retailer of the Year Winners

Hearts On Fire®, The World’s Most Perfectly Cut Diamond®, today announced that International Retailer of the Year Smales Jewellers from Western Australia was awarded Hearts On Fire’s most prestigious honor – the 2012 Retailer of the Year. In addition, four other Hearts On Fire retailers – Greenberg’s Jewelers, Adler’s Jewelers, Thomas Markle Jewelers, and The Wedding Ring Shop – received Regional Retailer of the Year honors.

These five outstanding retailers were selected from a list of 24 final nominees who were named to The Best All Around Retail Partners for 2012. The selection process is a meticulous one that begins with the individual Account Managers nominating candidates based on their results over the past 15 months (Oct 2011- Dec 2012), and ends with a core group of Hearts On Fire management selecting the nominees and winners in each region, and, then, ultimately the “Retailer of the Year.”

The Hearts On Fire Retailer of the Year regional winners represent the best of the best, not only for sales performance but also for their commitment to and implementation of Hearts On Fire’s Menu for Success. The following five retailers received this year’s honors:

 

  • Midwest: Greenberg's Jewelers, 8 locations in IA, NE, SD
  • Northeast: Adler's Jewelers, Westfield, NJ
  • South: Thomas Markle Jewelers, 3 locations in Houston, TX
  • West: Wedding Ring Shop, Honolulu, HI
  • International: Smales Jewellers, Western Australia

From the final five regional winners, Australia’s Smales Jewellers was selected as the overall Retailer of the Year. With significant business growth over the past year, Smales is always eager to embrace new and exciting programs from Hearts On Fire, and remain passionate and committed partners despite their distance from Hearts On Fire headquarters.

The race to crown the 2013 Retailer of the Year has already begun. The prestigious award will be announced at the 2013 Hearts On Fire University (HOFU) on Monday, October 28th at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. The 2013 HOFU program will feature an exciting and completely revamped course selection for participating retailers, including world renowned keynote speakers and innovative, hands on training sessions.
